Klasik koşullanma örneği

Internet'te gezinirken Pavlov'un klasik koşullanmasına bir örnek buldum ve bunu yorumsuz paylaşmak istedim. Bu olay körfez savaşında geçiyor. Amerikan savaş gemileri Irak mevzilerini tespit edip topçu bombardımanına tutmak için insansız hava araçlarını (UAV - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) keşif amacıyla kullanıyorlar. UAV'ların da kendine özgü motor sesleri var. Tabi savaş gemileri toplarıyla bombalamadan önce UAV'ları keşif amacıyla gönderiyor ve Iraklı askerler bu uçakların sesini duyuyor. Hemen sonrasındaysa bombardıman başlıyor. Bu olaylar Iraklı askerlerin klasik koşullanmalarına neden oluyor olmalı. Bir sonraki seferde, uçağın pilotu, askerlerin bir kez daha topçu ateşine hedef olacaklarını bilmesi için, alçaktan uçma talimatı alıyor ve uçağı alçaktan uçuruyor. Irak askerleri uçağın sesini duyuyor ve daha topçu ateşi başlamadan beyaz bayrak sallayarak teslim oluyorlar.

Bill III, and asked, "Sir, they want to surrender, what should I do with them?"[16] This surrender toWisconsin’s Pioneer has since become one of the most remembered moments of the Gulf War; the incident was also the first-ever surrender of enemy troops to an unmanned aircraft controlled by a ship.[18][19] Wisconsin drone also carried out a number of reconnaisance missions on occupied Kuwait before the coalition's ground offensive.[4]"
